The drainage system pipes are manufactured entirely from carbon steel with cast connections, providing greater durability and resistance to the set. The unloading system may be of the Botton Loading or Top Loading type, varying according to the customer's needs and operation.
The semi-trailer chassis is fully designed and tested to guarantee the greatest possible efficiency for the tank/chassis assembly, manufactured with high-strength steel and with beams that exclude welds between flaps and side members. Each semi-trailer also has a support for two spare tires, a suspension lifter and geared lifting device with two speeds.

All semi-trailers go through a rigorous painting process where, before applying paint, all sheets are blasted using a system with steel shot and application of an anti-corrosive epoxy base, ensuring greater durability and adhesion at the end of the process.
